Die Wiederkehr des Verdrängten m'a servi d'introduction à UNRU — et de traumatisme aussi — mais leur toute première démo MMXIII pose déjà les bases d'un metal qui ne ressemble à aucun autre. Si on exclue "VI", MMXIII est une déflagration de crust/punk passant avec la violence et la brièveté d'un cataclysme, d'autant plus que les pistes sont liées les unes aux autres. Mais là où UNRU se distingue, c'est par l'absence de thèmes politiques : cette démo transpire le mal-être par tous ses pores.

There is a disturbing turned-inside-out feeling to the music of Skáphe which I am addicted to. Though the voice sounded more inhuman on the debut, their music keeps its unreal shape.
